Data are processed to respond to enquiries, check availability and prices, and manage any pre-contractual activities related to a stay. Data are processed using IT systems and reasonable technical and organisational measures. The website uses a technical anti-spam check whose calculation is generated in the browser and verified on the server.

Data may be processed by technical service providers strictly necessary for operation of the service, including hosting and email providers. The website is hosted on Aruba infrastructure; enquiries are delivered to ospiti@angoloartista.it. Data are not publicly disclosed.
7. Transfers to third countries
The website uses Google Fonts for typography. Loading the fonts involves a connection to Google servers and may involve transmission of technical data such as the IP address. Otherwise, the website is designed to minimise external services and tracking. Where a technical provider involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, such transfers must rely on a mechanism provided for by the GDPR.
8. Retention
Enquiries received through the form are retained for the time necessary to handle them and, as an operational criterion, for a maximum of 12 months from closure of the enquiry, unless longer retention is required by law, for the protection of rights or for management of a contractual relationship.
